A former student of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Neha’s 18-year professional journey spans leading global organizations including Uber, General Electric, Accenture, Reckitt Benckiser and Coca Cola. She has worked in the areas of human capital strategy, organizational design, talent management and analysis across multiple industries and geographies. During her last stint as Human Resources Manager, India and South Asia for Uber’s mobility business, she championed the cause of creating an inclusive and diverse workforce, development leadership and driving innovative HR practices as the organization moved to a virtual work environment during the pandemic.
