Cosmoprof North America Organizers Join Premiere Beauty Group to Bring Collective Expertise to a Growing Portfolio of U.S. Beauty Salons

MIAMI–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Informa Markets, BolognaFiere Group and PBA – Professional Beauty Association today announced the closing of a monumental joint venture to to deliver the largest and most impressive series of beauty events in the US beauty market.

From January 2023, the three beauty industry leaders will combine their vast knowledge and network to create a premier event format with unparalleled reach, leveraging the power of the two industry-leading brands. industry, Cosmoprof North America, and Premiere Beauty, to deliver extraordinary value, more robust digital offerings, better education and enrichment opportunities at a level never before seen in the U.S. beauty industry

Premiere Beauty Orlando, the largest beauty show in the United States, announced the launch of two new shows in the emerging markets of Anaheim and San Antonio earlier this year, signaling the evolution of the rapidly growing portfolio of the group of industry-leading beauty events. Premiere Beauty continues to make a name for itself as the leading voice of the beauty industry in the United States, with its recent Orlando 2022 a resounding success, with 47% year-over-year growth and hundreds of exhibitors from fame. 82% of visitors took the more than 650 free courses offered during the show, allowing them to develop their skills and strengthen their expertise. This show is the first since Premiere was acquired by Informa Markets in early 2022, and its success paves the way for Premiere’s new joint venture and upward growth.

BolognaFiere and PBA, who are currently partners of the Cosmoprof North America show held in Las Vegas, have announced a resoundingly successful 2022 edition, with retailers, distributors, investors, beauty brands and suppliers from all over the world.

This joint venture will bring together Premiere Beauty salons in Orlando, Columbus, San Antonio and Anaheim with Cosmoprof North America in Las Vegas, and a new Cosmoprof North America in Miami that will launch in 2024. PBA’s ISSE salon in Long Beach will evolve to become part of the Premiere Anaheim brand as part of the new partnership, which will be the first show launched by the joint venture partners in 2023. Premiere Anaheim, set to take place April 2-3, is expected to attract a large crowd of diverse representatives of beauty from different facets of the community. The show will also host the PBA’s North American Hairstyling Awards (NAHA), providing attendees with increased networking and growth opportunities by combining two major industry events in one location.1

The joint venture, USA Beauty LLC, will be led by industry veteran Ed McNeill of Informa Markets’ Premiere Group, alongside Meredith Loza, Marco Labbate, and in cooperation with BolognaFiere Cosmoprof’s sales and marketing teams. The team will be based in Orlando, Florida, where an expanded call center is also expected to launch next year.

The beauty community can expect greatly expanded marketing and sponsorship opportunities, the ability to easily participate in multiple shows through multi-salon contract opportunities, better support through the expanded call center , additional educational opportunities and access to global markets.
